First off, I have been moving in the direction for some time now of expressing as Essence together with my partner. Meaning, with help and guidance, to accept as real everything I talk about, to not be a victim, and to realize that I create all of my reality. And then, to live my life like that. In a sense, to "fake it until I make it", though I would say that I have been very accomplishing in that regard.
As to the interview, that was actually an inspiration I had in approaching the subject matter to place myself in the position of Essence in non-physical, and then relay the story. I felt that would be very impactful.
As often happens, once I am inspired to write on a subject, I find myself working on it, laying it out in my head how it will sound and look. A lot of that happens in the middle of the night many times - I will awaken and be getting the 'downloads' for what I want to say and how.
This particular format really did not vary from that. I had a pretty good idea of what it was going to look like when I sat down and started typing. The result you see is pretty much how it streamed from me in a sitting, probably over about 6 hours or so.
As to my state in that time-frame, pretty much the same as when I write all of my columns.
They are definitely inspired. I definitely have help. So was it out of the ordinary? Not particularly, but I would have to say that ALL OF IT is out of the ordinary to an extent. I would like to think that I am open to streams of Consciousness including my Essence and other such helpers all the time.
And the more I do it, the stronger it becomes. Am I channeling? Well it's still me, but the question becomes then, what am I?

I have experienced this exact same thing with my writing. Somehow, through the inspiration, it is both me and not me speaking at the same time. I have also found that I can tune in to different streams and express more or less of my current human experience. This piece really gave me some clarity on “who” is speaking when I write. I really resonate with the concept of essence and focuses. We are all expressing our point of the fractal (focus). We are connected to larger branches of the fractal (our essence) and ultimately to the entire fractal.
Yes, there are many "aspects" to us. I like to say that there are many times when I "know" things that I can't possibly know, given my lifetime experience. So it must come from somewhere, right?
And with the Shift, all those veils are thinning between our focuses. So it's getting a lot more real.
Excellent explanation. I agree that our Essence (Higher Self) determines our reality prior to incarnation and therefore we can never be a victim and, as my wise friend taught me, Everything is Perfect. Life is all about learning and being in service to others. Good thoughts, good words, good deeds. Let your Light shine.

I would only vary from what you offered in that I believe that our Essence sets out our focus with a "path of development."
But it is still up to the focus to choose that path, or not. Free will still reigns supreme.
The focus gets to choose, and as I have been told, "humanity is full of surprises." LOL
But yes, everything IS perfect. There are no mistakes. Like a good stew, we use everything we generate.
